1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program: (a) Construction Site: On or about October 31, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately twenty four feet to the ground below due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards related to steel erection, and the means to control these hazards.
