29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arr (a) Tuskegee University Science building; On or about October 24, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed his employees to a 13 foot fall while tarring a flat roof along an four unprotected sides without the use of fall protection, such as but not limited to, personnel fall arrest, warning lines, or a guardrail system.
