29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):   Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  (a)  The new conveyor system with chutes which entered the trailer would have packages pile up and at times would fall and land on the floor.  The packages would block the ability for employees to exit the trailer in the event of an emergency.
