29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    (a) Two employees engaged in the construction and erection of an exterior wall on a residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13.5 feet. Employer failed to ensure proper fall protection systems were in place for employees exposed to fall hazards.    (b) One employee engaged in cutting operations was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.1 feet, where the window dormer was not fashioned with guardrails on the residential garage. Employer failed to ensure proper fall protection measures were put in place for employees exposed to fall hazards.    (c) One employee engaged in roofing operations on a garage structure was exposed to falls of approximately 13.7 feet while installing roof slats.  Employer failed to ensure proper fall protection measures were put in place for employees exposed to fall hazards    (d) Two employees engaged in roofing operations on a garage structure was exposed to falls of approximately 17.6 feet while installing roof slats.  Employer failed to ensure proper fall protection measures were put in place for employees exposed to fall hazards.
