29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a) West side of the building, on 2nd floor, on or about November 01, 2012, an employee was observed not wearing eye protection while operating a block cutting saw, which exposed the worker to eye injuries from flying debris from cutting concrete blocks. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
