29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):     A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift     Instance a: On the north west side of the building - employees installing framing from a platform attached to a JLG forklift model G6-42A serial number 301361 were exposed to a 12.5-foot hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced. Violation observed on or about 10/29/12.    Instance b: On the north east side of the building - employees installing panels from a basket attached to a Snorkel lift model TB42 serial number 963500 were exposed to a 12.5-foot hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced. Violation observed on or about 10/29/12.
