The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Construction Site: On or about October 31, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately fifteen feet to the ground below due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.
