29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly record the number of calendar days away from work: (a) In the 2012 OSHA 300 Log Case #289726 - On or about September 26, 2012, the employee in case #789286 was removed from work for 3 calendar days due his workplace injury. On October 4, 2012, the employee was released from work for 6 additional days by a licensed physician. This additional time was not added to the log entry for lost work days.
