29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(ix): Controls for the articulating and extensible boom platforms were not clearly marked to identify their function: (a) On or about 10/18/2012, three employees were operating A JLG 400-S Aerial lift at the construction of a Walgreens at US Highway 41 and Del Prado Blvd. in North Fort Myers. The controls of the aerial lifts platform console were not legible exposing the employees to erratic maneuvering of the lift at 26 feet above the ground.
