29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) No inspections at the construction of a Walgreens at US Highway 41 and Del Prado Blvd. in North Fort Myers job site were made. Several hazardous conditions exposing employees to falls of approximately 26 feet were observed on 10/18/2012.
