29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s). On or about October 29, 2012, two employees working on the rig floor during the removal of the high pressure cement hose were exposed to a struck-by hazard when attempting to release the secured hose from a railing as it was lifted by the rig's air hoist.
