29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:    Jobsite, 1005 East Greene Street, Waynesburg, PA: On or before 11/02/12, an employee was standing on a wood pallet supported by the forks of a Bobcat skid steer, Model S185 installing siding, 9 feet 8 inches, above the ground level. Employee was exposed to head injury from falling material or tools from the employees working on the roof 16 feet above the ground level.
