29 CFR 1910.134(e)(7)(ii): Additional medical evaluations that complied with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.134 were not provided when a PLHCP, supervisor, or the respirator program administrator informed the employer that an employee needed to be reevaluated: a) On November 7, 2012, the employer had not provided an additional medical evaluation to two (2) employees in the Chipping and Grinding area who had been medically evaluated on May 26 and 27, 2011, with a recommended annual time period for the next exam.
