29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At 11406 W. 161st Terrace, Overland Park, KS, employee(s) engaged in framing work failed to wear fall protection in the following two instances: 1) A framer walked on the top plate without fall protection, exposing them to falls of approximately 19 feet. 2) A framer walked on the second level floor trusses without fall protection, exposing the employee to falls of up to 10 feet to the ground below.
