29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At 11312 W. 163rd St, Overland Park, KS, employee(s) engaged in framing worked on a 6 in 12 sloped roof were not protected with fall protection, exposing employees to fall of approximately 11 feet from the eave to the ground below. ZAT FRAMING was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection #315090860, Citation #01, Item #003, issued on 12/15/2011 (Final Order 1/19/12), with respect to a workplace located at (11312 W. 163rd Ct, Overland Park, KS).
