29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1):     The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled:    (a)  Sandra Parr Well Site near Bethany, WV - Employees were towing and pushing Fracking Fluid Trailers with All Terrain Forklifts (Telehandlers) which required them to lift one end of the trailers at least four feet off the ground while travelling.  The manufacturer's operating manual stated to not suspend a load greater than 11.8 inches off the ground while traveling.  This violation was determined on January 8, 2013.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
