29 CFR 1910.134(c):  The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use.    The employer does not have a respiratory protection program.  This violation occurred on or about January 16, 2013, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, where employees were required to wear a respirator in the paint area without a developed and implemented respiratory protection program.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure a respiratory protection program is developed and implemented.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):  Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation:    The employer does not train authorized employees in the type and magnitude of the energy available in the work place. This violation occurred on or about November 6, 2012, and at times prior thereto, at the carousel where employees were exposed to electrical and burn hazards without training the authorized employees.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are trained on the recognition of applicable energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.

29 CFR 1910.242(b):  Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.    The employer does not reduce compressed air used for cleaning to less than 30 pounds per square inch (p.s.i.).  This violation occurred on or about January 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, in the paint area where employees were exposed to a struck by hazard when using compressed air at a pressure of 90 p.s.i. to clean off propane cylinders prior to being painted.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all compressed air used for cleaning is reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv):  Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel.    The employer does not keep overcurrent devices readily accessible.  This violation occurred on or about January 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, on the northern wall of the paint area where employees are exposed to a fire and electrical hazard when attempting to access "Panel C" that is being blocked by the tank conveyor and propane  tanks.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all overcurrent devices are readily accessible.
