29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a. On or about November 7, 2012, employees were required to wear 3M 1860 particulate respirators or 3M dust masks while cleaning the scope auto washer machines in the Endoscopy Work Room. The employer had not established nor implemented a written respirator protection program.
