29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) 1200mm wire drawing machine, rear rollers: The wire drawing machine that was staged in the production area was not equipped with a guard to cover the rotating rollers at the rear of the machine, exposing employees to caught-in hazards.      b) 1200mm and 760mm payoff machines: The payoff machines that were staged in the production area were not equipped with a guard that would stop an employee from contacting the rotating parts of the machine, exposing employees to caught-in hazards.      c) Maintenance shop, lathe: The LeBlond Regal lathe machine was not equipped with a guard around the rotating jaws, exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
