Employer was previously cited for a similar violation of a different standard [29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i)],which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314097270, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed at an Informal Settlement Agreement on July 16, 2012 regarding a workplace located at 6740 Waters Street., Savannah, GA 31406.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
