29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) The cement walking surfaces and sections of the courtyard in the "Lower Quad", and the stairs and walkways leading to it, were not in good repair in that sections were as much as two and one half inch ( 2 1/2") higher than the section immediately adjacent to it creating tripping hazards leading to falls requiring days away from work for recovery.
