29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically and maintained in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: A) Building 5189, on or about November 7, 2012, the fire extinguishers on the truck mounted crane and in side the truck, had not had an annual inspection since June/July, 2011, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
