29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): On or about 11/07/2012, air monitoring results showed hydrogen sulfide levels in excess of the peak concentration limit of 50ppm at the employer's (PG 76-22) asphalt tank. The employer had not implemented effective administrative and engineering controls to eliminate employee exposure to hydrogen sulfide while checking the level of asphalt in the storage tank.
