29 CFR 1910.1028(e)(2)(i): The employer did not monitor each workplace and work operation to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of benzene to which employees may be exposed: (a) Refined Technologies Inc., 5801 Brighton Blvd., Commerce City, CO: On and before 10/23/12, the employer did not monitor each workplace and work operation to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of benzene to which employees may be exposed. Employees perform chemical clean activities during turn around operations on the Suncor property. This condition exposed employees to a respiratory hazard.
