29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): The employer did not ensure employees stand firmly on the floor of the basket and do not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position. On or about 11/06/2012 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet as he step on the guardrail of a boom lift or basket while performing landscaping work on a site located at 2300 Village Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida.
