29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Line #4 packing - An employee worked on a machine platform near an unguarded 4 foot high sprocket and chain. The employee would walk within one foot of the sprocket when the employe walked down the platform, thereby exposing the employee to a serious hazard, on or about 11-01-12. Abatement certification required.
