On or about November 8, 2012, the employer failed to maintain the required safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in the workplace that employees work with including, but not limited to, the Quikrete Masonry Mortars and Commercial Grade Sand which contain Portland Cement and Silica. Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous materials were not available on site and were not readily accessible to the employees working with the materials.
