The employer did not assure that the projecting rotating shafts were guarded.    f) The employer did not assure that employees were protected from pinch points of the dough press located on the flour tortilla line.  Employees were exposed to crushing injuries from the press as it lowered.    g) The employer did not assure that rotating parts located at each ends of the 30 LOCK metal detector conveyor, were guarded to protect employees that operated the machine.
