29 CFR 1910.157(g)(4): Employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as a part of the emergency action plan were not provided training in the use of appropriate equipment upon initial assignment and at least annually thereafter: a) Boscovs, 370 Camp Hill Shopping Center, Camp Hill, PA - Employees designated to use fire extinguishers as part of the employers Catastrophe Preparedness Plan 2012 were not provided training in the use of appropriate equipment upon initial assignment and at least annually thereafter and were exposed to injuries such as smoke inhalation and burns, on or about 11/08/12. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
