On or about 11/09/2012, the employer did not develop an inventory of hazardous materials currently being used on the 1st floor remodel project at the Ft Thomas VA Domiciliary. This exposed employees to acute and chronic illness and disease.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
