The employer shall provide and maintain portable fire extinguishers on each machine and vehicle in accordance with the requirements of subpart L of Part 1910. a) Worksite: Employees were exposed to burn hazards due to employees on equipment such as but not limited to a Tigercat 718 Feller Buncher, a John Deere 848G Skidder, and a Tigercat 240B Loader that did not have portable fire extinguishers. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
