29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iv): The employer did not ensure that stairs with four or more risers that were more than 44 inches wide but less than 88 inches wide had a stair railing on each open side and a handrail on each enclosed side. a. At the establishment located on, 948 Kensinger Rd., Lakeland, FL, employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the stairs leading the the back breakroom area were not provided with a railing system, on or about, 11/7/2012.
