29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Facility: On or about November 6, 2012 the employer exposed his employees to electrical hazards in that he allowed his employees to work around and use an electrical box with pre-punched knockouts on the end of a flexible cord. b) Facility: On or about November 6, 2012 the employer exposed his employees to electrical hazards in that he allowed his employees to work around and use a flexible cord with a standard outlet attached to the end wrapped in duct tape.
