29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. On November 7, 2012 at a worksite located at 213 E. HWY 38, Rochelle IL, employees installing were coping and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.9-13.1 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
