Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation recently occurred on November 7, 2012, at 4800 Bayview Dr., Plano, TX; where employees without fall protection were installing shingles on new two story condominiums that had steep roofs.
