29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Throughout the workplace: On 07-19-2012, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees engaged in housekeeping activities and exposed to hazardous chemicals such but not limited to, Proforce Heavy Duty Degreaser, Heavy Duty Citrus Degreaser, and 409 All Purpose Cleaner. Employees were exposed to inhalation/skin hazards with chemical burns from improper chemical handling due to the lack of access to a workplace written hazard communication program.
