Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. a.) Cheatham Annex Cargo Logistics Training Complex: On or about 11/06/12, extension cords were not used in accordance with listing and labeling requirements in that two extension cords 100' and 50' along with a three way GFCI pigtail were daisy chained together to supply power to a table saw and Dewalt miter saw.
