This condition exposed the employees to injuries caused by unprotected rotating parts associated with the spindle (chuck) and material being worked on. (b) Gallegos Sanitation, Inc., at 1941 Heath Parkway, Ste #2, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before November 8, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the Chevalier Mill in the Fabrication Bay was provided with a guard to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by rotating parts. This condition exposed the employees to injuries caused by unprotected rotating parts associated with the spindle (chuck). (c) Gallegos Sanitation, Inc., at 1941 Heath Parkway, Ste #2, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before November 8, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the 50-60 ton pneumatic power press in the Fabrication Bay was provided with one or more methods of machine guarding such as barrier guards, two-hand tripping device, electronic safety devices, etc. to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by the point of operation.
