29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. a.) Cheatham Annex Cargo Logistics Training Complex: On or about 11/06/12, extension cords were not used in accordance with listing and labeling requirements in that a 100' extension cord and a three way GFCI pigtail were daisy chained together and plugged into another company's three way GFCI pigtail in order to supply power to a portable band saw and battery charger.
