29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer did not ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training required by this paragraph: a) Employees who operate a sit-down Yale forklift in the warehouse had not completed the training required by this paragraph. Hemmelgarn and Sons, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupation Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315039024, Citation 1, Item 4 Issued on November 2, 2010, whith respect to the workplace located at 210 E. Elm Street, Union City, Ohio 45390.
