Fist Floor/Soldering Area - On or about November 20, 2012, employees were required to work in areas that were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of inorganic arsenic. Employees were exposed to the health hazards of working with inorganic arsenic. The following area was found with accumulations of arsenic; 1. First floor/Soldering area - floor sweepings were found to contained 0.0018 % of inorganic arsenic.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): Housekeeping - Surfaces. All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a. First and Second Floor/Soldering Area - On or about November 20, 2012, areas at the workplace were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulation of lead. The following areas showed accumulation of lead; 1. First Floor (sample # 8) - The top surface corner of bench/machine table showed an inorganic lead accumulation of 11.870 micrograms per 10 square centimeters area. 2. First Floor (sample # 10) - The top surface of working table showed an inorganic lead accumulation of 11.230 micrograms per 10 square centimeters area. 3. First Floor (sample # 5) - The surface on the tool file showed an inorganic lead accumulation of 67.860 micrograms per 10 square centimeters area. 4. Second Floor (sample # 6) - an employee's locker (# 219 - key hole) surface had 7.280 micrograms per 10 square centimeters of area.

Second Floor/Employee's locker area surface - On or about November 20, 2012, work area surface were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium. 1. Second Floor - employee's locker door metal section had a 1.6420 micrograms of cadmium per 10 square centimeters of area.
