29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn with lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Chevrolet Dealership Foley, AL; On or about November 5, 2012 the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that an employee was allowed to work 16 feet above the ground from an aerial lift installing/or removing Reynobond wrapping without fall protection (safety harness and lanyard).
