29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer is responsible for requiring the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions or where this part indicates the need for using such equipment to reduce the hazards to the employees. (a) Rear Building On or about November 08, 2012 an employee was operating a Case 580M Turbo Loader Backhoe, serial no.0312166, without wearing a seatbelt. Employee operated backhoe on a very muddy surface. BUFORD PLUMBING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.28(a) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313631400 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001B, ISSUED ON JUNE 06, 2010 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF 20 JULY 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 248 HONOR CIRCLE NEWTON,MS 39345.
