29 CFR 1915.56(e): Arc welding and cutting operations were not shielded by noncombustible or flameproof screens to protect employees in the vicinity from the direct rays of the arc: (a) The inspection revealed that an employee was working within the vicinity of arc welding rays and was not protected by a shield. The hazard was located in the sub-assembly area of Zidell Marine, at 3121 SW Moody in Portland, Oregon.
