29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(ii): The employer did not affix labels that complied with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(f) of OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard and/or included the following information: DANGER CONTAINS ASBESTOS FIBERS AVOID CREATING DUST CANCER AND LUNG DISEASE HAZARD: (a) Througout Facility - The employer did not provide labeling for asbestos containing materials that contains required information, instead, using computer printed 8.5"x11" sheets of paper stating the following "CAUTION CONTAINS ASBESTOS DO NOT DISTURB" which does not relay the hazards associated with asbestos. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
