29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):     The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were working on, have the structure integrity to support employees safely:    On or about 11/14/12 an employee was working above the second floor sheetrock ceiling installing new light fixtures. The employee stepped between the structural members supporting the sheetrock ceiling which failed resulting in the employee falling through the ceiling approximately 33 feet to the floor below.
