29 CFR 1926.51(f): Adequate washing facilities were not provided for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants might have been harmful to the employees: On or about November 6, 2012, the employer failed to ensure that employees exposed to Portland Cement had towels or suitable material to dry their hands after washing. Employees wash hands and then dry them on their pants.
