29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(iii):  The frequency of inspections and tests of process equipment were not consistent with appilcable manufacturers' recommendations and good engineering practices, and more frequently if determined to be necessary by prior operational experiences:    a) Engine Room, Kraft Allentown Facility - On or about November 14, 2012 the employer did not perform oil analysis every 2 thousand hours of operation per manufacture specifications for compressors 2 & 3 built by FES in 2011.
