29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about November 15, 2012, at the worksite located at 1803 East Harding Street in Morrilton, Arkansas, employees working on an approximately 6:12 pitched roof engaged in roof re-shingling activities did not wear fall protection and were not protected from falling to lower level.  Employees were exposed to an approximately 8-9 feet fall from elevation from the edge of roof, and an approximately 16-18 feet fall from the peak of the roof.
