29 CFR 1910.263(e)(1)(i): Mixers with external power application shall have all belts, chains, gears, pulleys, sprockets, clutches, and other moving parts completely enclosed.    a) On or about November 15th, 2012, and times prior thereto, the first mixer next to the Tufu machine had an unguarded horizontal belt and pulley.  Employee(s) exposed to a caught-in hazard. The opening was measured at 17"x 3". The number on the mixer was 9.0.7.1.    b) On or about November 15th, 2012, and times prior thereto, the second mixer from the Tufu machine had an unguarded horizontal belt and pulley. Employee(s) exposed to a caught-in hazard. The opening was measured at 17"x 3".  The number on the mixer was 9.6.8.9.    c) On or about November 15th, 2012, and times prior thereto, the third mixer from the Tufu machine had an unguarded vertical belt and pulley. Employee(s) exposed to a caught-in hazard. The opening was measured at 4" x 24" on both sides.  The mixer was made in Japan and had a Baldor motor on it with model number L1209A.
